A fragmented transporter market where capacity is negotiated trip by trip, quality varies by vehicle, and no single party is accountable for the lane.

Dispatch planning & execution

Turnaround time modelled from a physical route survey, then held to.

  • Geo-fencing establishes the exact round-trip TAT, including tolls, weighbridges and check posts
  • Working hours and capacity at both loading and unloading points feed the plan
